J & R Vacuum & Sewing has been serving the Bismarck, ND community since 1977. Since then we've outgrown several locations, expanding our inventory andservices to become one of the largest vacuum and sewing stores in the upper Midwest.


We are an authorized dealer for both Brother and Pfaff, offering a large selection of sewing, embroidery, quilting and serger machines along with parts and accessories. We also carry vacuums and accessories from popular brands like Miele and Riccar.

Throughout the years, J & R has earned many awards for exceptional sales and service, including Diamond Club awards from both Pfaff and Riccar. Additionally, we were honored with the Small Business Person of the Year award by the Bismarck / Mandan Chamber of Commerce.

Around here, we're committed to being the best sewing and vacuum center in the industry, whether we're serving our own community, out-of-town visitors, students, or event participants. With a long history of superior customer service, J & R believes in giving back to the community that has supported us throughout the years, contributing our products and services to charity sewing events and other local functions. Our Help-Us / Help-Others Charity Vacuum Program has donated well over 1,000 vacuums to needy families.
